Website and email processing
Our hosting and email systems process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. When configured, the form sends enquiries through Resend to the Procom team. In a development environment without email delivery configured, enquiry details are recorded in server logs. The enquiry endpoint temporarily uses IP addresses to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and its enquiry form does not require a tracking cookie. Your browser and hosting services may process technical information needed to display and operate the site.
Records and privacy requests
Enquiry correspondence may be kept in business email and operational records for follow-up and service administration.
